Project Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a design and build contract awarded to CW-FWS JV in November 2021. The project is Reprovisioning of the Administration Building within the South Works of Sha Tin Water Treatment Works. The Administration Building is a 5-storeys high building which consists of foundation, substructure and superstructures as well as civil and geotechnical works.\u00a0 It\u2019s space activities include laboratory, training venue, main control rooms and dangerous goods stores. Advanced building technologies and construction methods such as BIM, MiC (+60%); Sustainable Design, etc. are extensively adopted in this project. New Engineering Contract, NEC4 is adopted to Condition of Contract.
